Kris joined IU Bloomington in 2010 and has 20+ years of experience in higher education, having worked in admissions, orientation, and TRIO programs, as well as teaching composition and rhetoric. She leads the Admissions Marketing Team, overseeing all departmental marketing channels, and strategizes with other Admissions teams, OEM offices, IU Communications, and academic staff in developing the communications and coordinating the campaigns that ensure the successful recruitment and enrollment of each year’s class. Kris has a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Clemson University.
